Refund policy

We strive for all of our products to arrive to our customers in the condition as described in the listing. Second hand products are described in as much detail as possible to ensure transparency. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us in the first instance and we will be happy to provide support.

Return rules summary

• Returns accepted for 14 days as per statutory rights under UK law.
• All return shipping is to be paid by the buyer in full. DJM Guitars and any related entities are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
  
• The buyer will be liable for all costs related to any damage incurred to the goods during return transit, excessive handling or misuse of the item.
  
• Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, to the buyers original payment method.
